- Why does it take so long to get a drink at the bar? One would think that an institution dedicated to serving drinks would eventually evolve to do it efficiently.
- At an electric sliding gate, the keypad or card reader is always positioned so close to one side. Depending on the side that the gate opens to, it can waste a lot of time. There is also an increased danger of damaging the car or the gate.
- * It's always dark inside a gas chromatograph oven. This is a scientific instrument, with tiny parts that one has to assemble inside this box, and when you're working in it you're blocking the light from the outside.
- When I go to the movies I have to pay twice. Once for the ticket, and once for the popcorn. This wastes time and banking fees.
- When I want to send a PDF as an attachment to an email, I have to first close the PDF before I can attach it. This causes me discomfort, because it interrupts my train of thought.
- Our brand-new kettle's handle heats up when it boils water. How silly is that?
- Visas for international travel takes time, effort and money to acquire. Yet they don't guarantee or even ease entry into a foreign country and don't seem to make anyone any more secure.
